Hey – great advice! Would it be possible for you to post a segment on how to go about running a concession stand at fairs. I am interested in getting into that circuit, but haven’t a clue how to find out about health department regulations, licensure and taxes. Any suggestions or thoughts would be very welcome! Great website with a lot of information. I am starting up a corn roaster business. I purchased “How to start roasted corn business” ebook and I tell ya information makes a huge difference. Most of the vendor try to use common sense and eventually they fail. Information like this website and a good book makes all the difference in the world.
